So here’s a cool project that you can be a part of. I have seen some amazing Mitch-related art on the internet and on Mitch’s message board. It really is great. And it started me a - thinking….

How about asking for submissions for an upcoming 2008 calendar? Designs, drawings, etc. Maybe how you see Mitch? Or, an illustration of one of his jokes? Whatever you want. Be creative.

Then I will pick one for each month (with the help of others because it will be hard to choose, right?). And, if you are aware of how many months there are in a year that would be 12.

So send your illustrations to mitchcalendar@hotmail.com. Please include -

your name
email address
and mailing address.

Entries must be received by June 15th, 2007

If yours is picked you get $100 plus 5 calendars. There will be a limited run (sold in the fall). It’s gonna be great. The ‘winners’ will be contacted after June 15th.

Dear Eavila: No just submit what you want. There will be 12 different pics chosen. Don’t be making this more difficult for me! I already have organization and decision making problems as it is

Also: If you have Artwork too large or small for the @ 81/2″ x 11″ of the size of the image page of the Calendar - just scan or digitize the piece before sending and the size details can be figured out later.

I just wanna thanks my friend John Mc. from Sirius Radio for calling me and asking me to call in today….And Pete Dominick for talking to me when I did. Mitch came in first in the “Funny Four” beating out many comics…It was based on comedy fans calling in and voting. So thanks to Sirius Radio and thanks to Hedberg Fans….

If anybody was listening and heard me mention something about ‘artists submissions for an upcoming Mitch Hedberg Calendar” - I’ll keep you posted soon on my and Mitch’s website.
