Who’s Hungry?
Hello there.
I don’t have anything nice to write lately. So instead of saying something shitty, I’ll post a cool email that I received the other day…
Lucas wrote: Lynn, my friend Jonathan and I are starting a movement to honor the memory of Mitch Hedberg by working with local delis to provide us with a banana bread, pastrami, and cottage cheese sandwich to consume this coming march. I thought it proper to inform you of our initiative, as well as ask if we have your support to go and bug the shit out of local deli owners to help us honor Mitch. Thank you.Website: www.mitchsandwich.com
They also sent me the address to put up a banner that they made…but I don’t know how. Go to www.mitchsandwich.com and figure it out.

Hey Lynn,
I had an audition today at the Irvine Improv, for an upcoming comedy show and on the way there, my wife and I listened to Mitch. On the back wall of the Improv is a 3 foot high pic of Mitch, which is of course heartwarming and inspirational.
We listen to his routines often. We always talk about the sadness we feel, that is intertwined with the laughter, as we listen to Mitch.
We justed wanted to let know, as many others have; the warmth we feel for him and how special we know he was.
Always stay inspired and peace always.

I was in DeKalb, Ill., on Wednesday and picked up the local weekly entertainment paper. They had a roundup of all the comedy clubs in the Chicago suburbs, including a map with a little paragraph on each place with a line pointing to its location.
I noticed one of the entries was for the “Improve” in Schaumburg. I laughed and laughed.
I knew right away who inspired that typo. Don’t worry, I saved a copy for you.

That’s amazing. I want one. We don’t have deli’s in England. I might ask the baker.
